DEFINITIONS: - WEBSITE: the Chorus project website at www.chorusanalytics.co.uk - TEAM: members of the current Chorus project team, as listed on the WEBSITE, who can be accessed using the mail address team@chorusanalytics.co.uk - INSTALLER: the installer package (Chorus_setup.exe) available for download from the WEBSITE - SOFTWARE: any files copied to the user's machine by the INSTALLER, or any updates to those files subsequently downloaded from the WEBSITE - USER: any person who uses the SOFTWARE INSTALLATION, REDISTRIBUTION AND USE OF THE SOFTWARE: 1. For as long as the WEBSITE exists, all prospective USERS are requested to register by completing all fields of the registration form, which is accessible from the downloads section of the WEBSITE. A link to the latest INSTALLER will be made accessible on completion of the form. 2. If multiple copies of the SOFTWARE are required by a group of two or more USERS, provided that these USERS are working on the same project and towards the same goals, then only one member of the project team is required to register on the WEBSITE i.e. the same copy of the INSTALLER can be used to install to multiple USER machines. The registrant should state, when registering, the number of likely USERS. 3. The downloaded copy of the INSTALLER should not be modified in anyway, or made publically available (e.g. from another website) without prior written permission from a member of the TEAM. 4. The SOFTWARE installed by the INSTALLER should not be redistributed or modified, either in part or whole, without prior written permission from a member of the TEAM. 5. All USERS are wholly responsible for any data that they retrieve from Twitter using the SOFTWARE. USERS are expected to familiarise themselves with Twitter’s API terms (see https://dev.twitter.com/terms/api-terms) before using the SOFTWARE for the first time.
